Issue/Introduction

Problem:

Getting the following CA Ideal message when running a r15.1 compiled program against a r15.0 library - 1-IDAELPGM19E - PGM program-name compiled in CA-IDEAL 5.1 - RUN incompatible.  This message appears to be incorrect.

Resolution:

RO90562 resolves the problem.
