Question:

If you are running multiple JFM task on the same system, do you need to define multiple CA7LOG events (DCM's) to ENF?

Answer:

No, you can only have 1 CA7LOG event defined per lpar.

The CAIDAM DD in the ENF started task must to the CA 7 CAL2LOAD and the ENFPARMS must have the DCM/EVENT definition. Sample below:

DCM(CAL2DCM3)              * CA 7 JFM JOB LOG EVENT

  EVENT(CA7LOG,ACT)

  EVENT(CA7LOG,REC)

  EVENT(CA7LOG,PURGE=Y)

  EVENT(CA7LOG,RP=1)
