Issue:
When R14 SMF Type 80 records mixed with R16 SMF Type 80 records
in the input file, getting abend S002-04 trying to open that with R14 TSSUTIL.

Resolution:
It is recommended (if migrated completely off of r14)
that you execute the r16 version of TSSUTIL against the combined SMF files.
The latest version of the utility has all corrections needed for longer length records that
may not have existed at the time of r14.
