Unable to proceed with upgrade of NSX Manager because the start upgrade button is greyed out

Issue/Introduction

• You've completed the upgrade of Hosts and want to proceed with NSX Managers, but the upgrade button for manager is unclickable
• You have no Edges in this environment

Environment

VMware NSX

Cause

The NSX manager needs to validate that the Edges and Hosts upgrade have been checked and completed before allowing you to start the NSX manager upgrade

Resolution

1. Go to the section of the upgrade for the Edges and click START UPGRADE.
2. You can now click on START UPGRADE on the NSX Managers section
