Upgrade View and Deliver to 12.2 non-concurrently

Issue/Introduction
Issue:
We are currently at release 11.7 for both CA Deliver and CA-View. Both of these product share a common output database and we are attempting to upgrade one product at a time. When we upgraded CA-View, we receive messages SARPAM21 (incorrect database level) from all Deliver direct to view output groups.

Resolution:
When using Deliver-to-View direct writing (RMOPARM ARCHn=DIRECT[/...]) in the production environment; it seems that he did not recycle their production Deliver RMOSTC task after the View upgrade, so the Deliver task did not have the chance to load the most current version of the SARPAM program. As a result, the SARPAM21 message was generated.
Once the Deliver RMOSTC is recycled the message should no longer be generated.
