Refresh Data Warehouse OData Model after the 16.4.3 upgrade

Issue/Introduction

In SSO-enabled GCP environments , after the recent upgrade to 16.4.3, the job "Refresh Data Warehouse Odata Model" is failing.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. On a GCP SaaS Clarity environment with SSO enabled, upgrade to 16.4.3.
2. In Job Scheduler, run the Refresh Data Warehouse OData Model job.
3. Check the job status/log in Job Scheduler.

Expected
The "Refresh Data Warehouse OData Model" job completes successfully.

Actual
The job fails in SSO-enabled GCP SaaS environments after the 16.4.3 upgrade.

Workaround
1. Pause the job. The job is needed when updating objects and its attributes. 
2. Call the refresh job by accessing the OData refresh endpoint by going obtaining the Data Warehouse OData v4 Endpoint URL found in
Classic > Administration > Data Warehouse OData Service > Data Warehouse OData v4 Endpoint URL

3. Open a browser and enter the URL with the $refresh endpoint

<Data Warehouse OData v4 Endpoint URL>/$refresh

This will trigger the job to run.
