When you want to monitoring the SAP and you need to enable the:

SM58

SM59

SMQS

SMQR

You must follow up this:

To enable the SM58 go to the Transactional RFC monitor. 

For the SMQS and SMQR go to the Queued RFC monitor. 

For the SM59 go to the RFC destinations availability monitor
