Issue/Introduction

Triggering SDDC Manager upgrade bundle failed.A problem has occurred on the server. Please retry or contact the service provider and provide the reference token. Reference token: xxxxx

Environment

SDDC Manager 9.1.0.0
VCF Operations 9.1.0.0

Cause

VCF Operations in the environment is not patched to the prerequisite version required for the SDDC Manager 9.1.1.0 target Bill of Materials (BOM).

Resolution

 

1. Verify the current version of VCF Operations deployed in the environment.

2. Review the target VCF 9.1.1.0 Bill of Materials (BOM) to identify the required compatible version of VCF Operations.

3. Upgrade and patch VCF Operations to meet the documented prerequisite version.

4. Retry the SDDC Manager upgrade pre-check from the SDDC Manager UI.
