Users are unable to authenticate to vRA using vIDM directory domain

Issue/Introduction

- Login attempts via one of vIDM domain fail with a specific error message:
You do not have permission to access this page: /hc/####/authenticate/

- Login succeed with another vIDM directory domain

- There are 3 connects that linked to the target directory in the identity provider, while Tenant #### data was confirmed to reside only on one connector out of them

Environment

VMware Identity Manager 3.3.7

VMware Aria Automation 8.18.1

Resolution

1.Access the vIDM Administration Console.

2.Navigate to the Identity Provider configuration for the target directory.

3.Remove the problematic connectors of this directory in the identity provider, retain only the active connector.

4.Save and verify authentication success.
