Resolution
From VCF Operations, navigate to Fleet Management > Identity & Access > VCF SSO Overview > Other Components
Click 'Add Component' and fill out the 'Name' field and select the appropriate Identity Broker.
Click "Generate OIDC Client" and copy the fields that are provided.
From the NSX Global Manager UI, navigate to System > User Management > Authentication Providers > Edit
Enter the information copied from the VCF Operations SSO configuration page
Click "Test Connection" and accept the provided certificate.
Click Save
