Running $RSVP in batch and receiving S047 abend in the job. How do we resolve this?

Resolution

The S047 is a system abend noting that an authorized service function was required to perform the $RSVP task you were attempting to execute.

The "prefix.RSVP.CAILIB" must be in an authorized library to perform the function requested. Usually, this function would be when listing UCBs or utilizing the $SM functions to release space from datasets.
