Cause

Require Enterprise Xtraction License

Environment

Xtraction 14.x, 15.x or 2016Windows OS

Resolution

An Enterprise Xtraction license is required to have the ability to add views or a data source to a Xtraction Data Model. At the present time, the license that is supplied with CA Service Management by default is a limited license.  To obtain the ability to add views or data sources, you will need the Enterprise level license.

If you would like to purchase an enterprise Xtraction license, contact Xtraction's sales department ([email protected]).
