Issue/Introduction

- The remediation task (InstallV2) was effectively stalled, preventing a ScanV2 task from initiating and causing the contention fault.

- Backup repository operations (UNMAP) caused atomic test and set (ATS) lock contention on the datastore.

Resolution

1. Align vLCM/VUM remediation windows outside of intensive third-party backup jobs.
2. Suppress scheduled compliance scans during active remediation tasks to prevent lock collision.
