Issue/Introduction
Running Fast Load on R18 DB2 V10 NFM on a table with a LOB or BLOB, may fail with a S0C4 in module FLLUTS1 and the following messages:
PFL2545E - LOB Tablespace xxxx.xxxxx Checksum Error
PFL3019E - ESTAE intercepted in CSECT FLA$LOB2 - ABEND code X'0013

Cause
Shortage of Region
Resolution
In crease the region, example REGION=0M will correct the problem.
