Issue/Introduction

In order to receive the best support for your Cleanup for RACF, and to be sure that you are running versions that are still supported, you might need to know when a product or version was available (GA date), and the date that it was no longer supported (EOS date).

 

 

Resolution

Here is a procedure you can use to find Life Cycle information.

1. After you login to Broadcom Support Online, enter "Cleanup" into the product dropdown and select Cleanup for RACF from the list.

2. Hover over the "Knowledge Center" arrow and then select "Product Pages" from the popup menu.

3. In the right hand navigation, select "Release and Support Lifecycle Dates" under the "Product Status" header.

4. On the resulting page, scroll down to find your product, and you can select any links to see the GA or EOS announcements.
