Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to DevTest Portal 10.9.1, the filter icon (the funnel icon) typically found in the header of the "Name" column is missing. This prevents users from applying traditional column-based filters to the service list, which may disrupt workflows that rely on filtering services by name.

Cause

As part of a UI grid redesign introduced in version 10.9.1, specific column-level filters (including those for "Name" and "Description") were removed to optimize grid performance and layout. This is intended functionality.

Resolution

To find specific services, use the global search box now provided at the top right of the service grid:

1. Navigate to the service grid (e.g., Monitor Virtual Services or Manage Virtual Services).
2. Locate the search box in the top right corner of the page.
3. Enter your search string (e.g., the service name).
4. The grid will dynamically update to display only the rows where the "Name" or "Description" columns contain the entered text.

This search function effectively replaces the previous column filter while allowing for broader searching across multiple fields.
