Issue/Introduction

During high-volume alarm generation events, excessive ticketing requests can overload downstream ticketing platforms.

This can cause API processing delays, downstream time-outs, and a failure to attach generated ticket IDs to corresponding alarm records before the alarms close.

To prevent downstream system exhaustion, an Enhancement Request has been submitted to implement tenant-configurable rate limiting on alarm creation in DXO2.
