"Monitoring" section in Device Details fails to refresh when switching devices in Groups/Member Groups

Issue/Introduction

When selecting different devices within the Groups or Member Group tree view in the UIM Operator Console, the "Monitoring" section under Device Details does not update to reflect the newly selected device. It incorrectly retains the monitoring information from the previously selected device.

Note: This issue does not occur when selecting devices from the OC Inventory view.

Environment

• DX UIM 23.4.6 CU8
• Operator Console (OC)

Resolution

This defect is identified and the fix is scheduled to be included in the upcoming UIM 23.4 CU9 release. Please monitor the release notes for the availability of CU9.

 This is a known product defect (DE687829) in the UIM 23.4 CU8 Operator Console where the Device Details UI fails to properly refresh the Monitoring data pane when navigating the tree structure in Groups or Member Groups.
