Issue/Introduction

S878-10 in WLM stored procedure ASID. The storage is in Subpool 2 key 8. In the dump it shows a number of eye catchers with:

| VC ABEND S878 IN | 

| TSSRSVCS+1BE6P0 | 

Module TSSRSVCS is at RMID (RO63740). 

RO71034 is also applied. 

Why is Top Secret using so much LSQA?

 

 

Resolution

Top Secret is a victim of out of storage condition in the address space. CA Top Secret does not getmain storage in Subpool 2 key 8. Review of the storage shows that there are over 5200 HANC storage area allocated for LE. Each of these storage area are about x'11000' bytes. These HANC storage need to be reviewed by LE support from IBM. These are a few of them: x'6B000', x'7C000' below the line. 

IBM agrees it's a JAVA heap issue.
