Report Issue - Inconsistent Event Timestamps format

Issue/Introduction

You observe inconsistent timestamp formats within your M&R Event Reports. Some timestamps appear in Unix format, while others display in the expected standard format.

Resolution

To ensure consistent timestamp formatting in your Event Report, you must reference or copy the default All Events (detailed) report template. This template is included with the Smarts Solution Pack and is configured to handle timestamp data correctly.

Follow these steps to apply the resolution:

1. Navigate to your reporting environment.
2. In edit mode, locate the All Events (detailed) report template provided within the Smarts Solution Pack.
3. Reference this template for your existing reports, or copy it to create a new, consistent report definition.
4. Verify that all entries in your generated report now display uniform timestamps.
