Precheck failed when upgrade Aria Automation 8.18 to VCFA 9.1

Issue/Introduction

1.Customer encountered the errors during the VCFA 9.1 upgrade precheck on below stages:

-FIPS Endpoint Compatibility Check:
"One or more configured endpoints or integrations are not accessible in FIPS mode"

-Node IP Pool and Platform VIPs Check:
"One or more IP addresses in the configured node pool are already in use on the network"
"One or more platform VFIPs are already in use on the network"

2.These errors occurred during a second upgrade attempt following an initial upgrade failure.

3.A parallel upgrade workflow on VCO failed at the same time.

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation Automation 9.1.0
VMware Aria Automation 8.18.1

Resolution

1.  The new deployed VMSP nodes for VCFA 9.1 still exist and need to be cleaned up.
2.  The upgrade task on vCO is currently pending. ensure vCO is functioning normally by referencing KB326114.
3.  Please re-run the precheck on this vRA.
