syslog error of cmdlog

Issue/Introduction

Issue:

The following error appears in syslog when keyboard logger (KBL) is activated.
cmdlog: ERROR: Cannot connect to KBL Audit Manager (err=2)

Environment

Release: All versions
Component: SEOSU

Cause

cmdlog is a process for KBL and it sends KBL data to KBL Audit Manager (seagent).
The error appears when Privileged Identity Manager is stopped but the login session for KBL exists.

Resolution

Workaround:

There is no solution, but only a workaround.
The error stopped after starting Privileged Identity Manager.
