How to change the SC (suspend counter) from -1 to 0 in ESP

Issue/Introduction

Steps to change the SC command (suspend counter) from -1 to 0

Cause

Note: This is normally caused by "Resume" command being issued 1 times more than needed. 

Example:  If the event is not in Suspend status, and Resume is issued, then the SC will be -1.

Resolution

Option to use Step 1 or 2: 

1. Enter "E" to edit the event, and remove "SUSPEND(-1)"
2. Enter "U" to Suspend the event, then it should show 0.
