Issue/Introduction

When running the 4.3 installer, the installer stalls at the following "Executing SQL scripts" step:

Running Changeset:liquibase/changelog/v04_03-reconcile-orphan-flag-after-resurrection.xml::reconcile-orphan-flag-after-resurrection::sr685285

 

Environment

ConnectALL 4.3.0.0

Cause

This can occur in installations where millions of records exist in the database and you are using orphan management.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in version 4.3.0.1. To address the stall, perform the following steps:

1. Download the 4.3.0.1 installer from the Broadcom Support Portal.
2. Stop the current installation process.
3. Execute the 4.3.0.1 installer to proceed with the upgrade.
