GSV3610E (IMSDATA) error message appears without running any IMS regions

Issue/Introduction

Is this possible to get this message without running any IMS regions on that system? 
GSV3610E (IMSDATA) No IMSREGN monitoring definitions found for data collection

Environment

SYSVIEW 17.0 - z/OS supported releases - 

Resolution

The GSV3610E message will come out if the SYSVIEW IMSDATA subtask is started and there are no IMS_MonitorRegion definitions on the MONRULES command.
To remove this message, a MONRULE definition should be defined or the IMS task must not be started.
