Issue/Introduction

The Load Data Warehouse job (incremental) fails with the following error message after upgrading to 16.4.3:

ERROR: Encountered exception while updating reference columns for DWH_LKP_INV_PARENT_TYPE. SQLERRM: column "parent_type_key" does not exist

Environment

  • Clarity 16.4.3
  • Postgresql DB

Cause

Not running a full load after the upgrade.

Resolution

Run a full load of the job, followed by the incremental one.
