Issue/Introduction

After migrating from vRA 8.18.1 patch 3 to VCF 9.1.0, Assembler Extensibility Subscriptions fail to complete and hang, blocking automated workflows.

Resolution

As a workaround for Assembler Extensibility Subscription lifecycle failures post-migration to VCF 9.1.0, perform the following steps to reset the subscription state and restore functionality:

1. Navigate to the affected subscription in the environment.
2. Toggle the Blocking status setting to Non-Blocking.
3. Save the change.
4. Revert the setting back to Blocking.
5. Save the change again.

Expected Outcome: Performing this sequence forces a state reset that resolves the hang, allowing Assembler Extensibility Subscriptions to resume normal automated behavior.
