MUX Reporting- Progress Ring and Number Tile not honoring Period settings

Issue/Introduction

When using progress ring widget in MUX reporting, the dimensions are not respecting Per Period Metric settings. 
If you select "Sum of Period" in Per Period setting at report level, the progress ring will still show values for Grand total.

Steps for for Progress ring widget but this also occurs for Number Tile

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Create a project and add 2 resources in staff (make sure they have availability)
   1. Start/finish date for Resource 1 as 7/1/2026-7/31/2026
      Start/finish date for Resource 2 as 8/1/2026 - 8/31/2026
2. Run the Load Data Warehouse job
3. Navigate to Modern UX Reporting>>Data Providers
4. Create a new data provider using the Resource object, Publish
5. Create a new Report in Report Designer
6. Add a progress ring and table widget
7. Add Full Name and Remaining Availability to both
   1. For progress ring Metric = Count
      Per-Period Metric settings - 
      Type = Period
      Calendar = Fiscal
      Period = Months
      Start Period = Current Period
      End Period = Next Period
      Totals Calculation = Sum of Periods
8. Click Apply
9. Go to Filter
10. Add Filter Remaining Availability > 0
11. Click Apply

Expected Results: The two widgets should match  as they are both filtering on current and next period

Actual Results:Progress Ring widget ignores the Start and End period and filters for all
