Error: "There are no available backups" when selecting restore for VCF Management Services

Issue/Introduction

• Backups have been configured for VCF Management Services
  
  
• When selecting "Restore" the following error is presented:
  
  

Environment

• VCF 9.1
• Windows Server with OpenSSH for SFTP backups

Cause

There is a misconfiguration with the OpenSSH configuration on the Windows server. The sshd_config on the Windows server needs to point to the correct path.

Resolution

Work with your Windows administration team to resolve the issues with the sshd_config (Possible location for the file is: %programdata%\ssh\sshd_config) for OpenSSH on Windows.
