- Global Manager upgraded from 4.2.X to 9.1.

Global Manager UI notification panel we continuously see "Cannot get event metrics for site as its version is not compatible. The version of site is 4.2.3.1.0.24954727. Please upgrade the site to a compatible version i.e 9.0 and above (Error code: 1000015)"

Cause
This is the expected behavior. Since GM cannot manage the IDPS for LMs that are older than 9.0 release, we do not show the event metrics on the GM for an LM which is pre-9.0.
Resolution
- The GM 9.1 and LM 4.2 is compatible, the error notification is for the feature specific where this is the expected behavior. Since GM cannot manage the IDPS for LMs that are older than 9.0 release, we do not show the event metrics on the GM for an LM which is pre-9.0.
- Upgrading the LM to 9.0 and above will clear the notification.
