Issue/Introduction

Symptom:

CICS/TS 5.3 startup with CA Datacom CICS Services (DBC) Version 15.0 gets errors:

DFHAM4912 E A02ITQA Install of PROGRAM DCCJCPR failed because JVMPROFILE is invalid for this release. 

DFHAM4912 E A02ITQA Install of PROGRAM DCJDBPR failed because JVMPROFILE is invalid for this release.

Environment:

CICS/TS 5.3

CA Datacom CICS Services (DBC) Version 15.0.

Cause:

Determined that the replacement B115CSD from PTF RO70562 was not reinstalled.

Resolution:

Apply PTF RO82551 for later B115CSD (supercedes PTF RO70562) for updated B115CSD to install. 

PTF RO70562 specifies symptoms:

  DFH5214 W JVMPROFILE IS AN OBSOLETE KEYWORD. IT IS IGNORED.          

                                                                       

  DFH5504 E COMMAND NOT EXECUTED. USE OF JVM(YES) OPTION IMPLIES       

  JVMSERVER OPTION MUST BE SPECIFIED.

Also, apply later PTFs for additional CSD updates. 

As of this writing, PTF RO84659 is available for CA Datacom CICS Services Version 15.0 B115CSD4 and B115CSD5.
