Issue/Introduction

Certain product capabilities such as ServiceNow Ticket Enrichment Enhancements are not visible or functional out-of-the-box, even after software updates or new feature releases.

Cause

Specific advanced or newly released functionalities are intentionally disabled by default at the tenant level. This controlled activation model ensures tenant stability, prevents unintended workflow disruptions, and allows administrators to prepare for operational changes.

Resolution

Contact Broadcom Support, share name of the requested fuction, site of your SaaS and name of the tenant/s.
