Issue/Introduction

Idea - Initiator (Auto) right vanishes even when Idea is updated.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Create a user UserA with following global rights:
   
   • Idea Management - Navigate
   • Ideas - Navigate
   • Ideas - Create
2. Login to MUX with UserA
3. Create an idea and do not populate the Manager field
4. Look at UserA's instance access rights
5. Notice the Idea - Initiator (Auto) right has been granted over the idea created
6. With UserA update the Idea subject, start date or any other field. Do not populate the Manager field.

Expected Results: The Idea - Initiator (Auto) right remains for UserA
Actual Results: The Idea - Initiator (Auto) right is revoked from UserA

Cause

This is caused by DE211184

Resolution

This is fixed in Clarity 16.5.0

Additional Information

The 'Idea - Initiator (Auto)' right is tied to the Originating Requestor field. When a user updates the Originating Requestor, the system automatically revokes the right from the previous requestor and grants it to the new one (Clarity 16.5.0)
