Rally Custom Board displays no data with Page Iteration filter

Symptoms

Users report that report views (such as Custom Boards, Sprint Burnups, or Burndowns) are not visible or display no data. This typically happens when using the "Page" Iteration filter.

Cause

If the page is scoped to a project that does not have iterations, or has iterations that do not match those in child projects (when child project scope is enabled), the system cannot perform data roll-up because there are no matching iterations.

Resolution

1. Verify the project scope for the page.
2. Ensure that all involved projects have matching iterations configured.
3. If necessary, align the iteration structure across parent and child projects to enable data roll-up.
