Unable to add Tibco EMS Provider Type on RA JMS Agent v24.4.x with Java 17

Issue/Introduction

When configuring the Tibco EMS Provider Type on RA JMS Agent version 24.4.x while using Java 17, the system fails to detect vendor information, and JMS version 1.1 is incorrectly detected. As a result, the provider type cannot be configured successfully.

Environment

• Product: RA JMS Agent version 24.4.x
• Third party component(s): Tibco EMS Provider Type, Java 17

Cause

The modernization of RA JMS will be handled in the feature F55969: OpenJDK 17 - Migrate RA JMS to IG JMS

Resolution

-Use the RA Core v24.3.0 framework with Java 11 (or 8) to add and configure the Tibco EMS Provider Type.
