Issue/Introduction
After you upgraded to 16.4.3 when attempting to access Clarity with the URL http://your_url:your_port/niku getting an error Error 403 - Forbidden
Error The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it. Authorization will not help and the request SHOULD NOT be repeated.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. After 16.4.3 upgrade attempt to hit URL http://your_url:your_port/niku
2. Notice you get an Error 403 - Forbidden
Expected Results: it should allow to access as it is proper URL.
Actual Results: You are getting Error 403 - Forbidden.

Workaround:
1. Update any IDP app/tile RelayState configured as /niku to /niku/nu.
2. Update any bookmarked Clarity URL that ends in /niku to either the plain base URL, or /niku/nu
