Unable to assign core licenses to vCenter instances in the Workload domain.
Assigned the same core license to vCenter instances in the Management domain
When you try to assign the primary license, the UI displays: "No licenses are assignable. Check the Assignable column below to view details."
When navigating to Manage → License & Registration → VCF Operations Registration, the License Server section reports the following error under the Issues column: "This license is no longer associated with this VCF Operations instance, but could not be fully removed. To complete the removal, assign a new license to the vCenter instances which have this license assigned to them."
"Internal Server Error" occurs when accessing Licenses & Registration → VCF Operations Registration.
Licensing mode is "online" and portal connectivity is confirmed.

The license service integration state has become inconsistent, likely due to stale license metadata preventing the assignment of new keys or the removal of old associations.
Administration → Integrations → VCF.Manage Integrations.Off position and save the configuration.Administration → Integrations → VCF.Manage Integrations.On position and save the configuration.Manage → License & Registration.Assign Primary License, select the appropriate license, and click Assign.
