Display Type setting is ignored for the OOTB Risk Attribute on Project Object

Issue/Introduction

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Login to Clarity MUX.
2. Navigate to Administration -> Attributes. Search for "Risk" and identify the attribute named "Risk" on Project object from the filtered results.
3. Add the column "Display Type" to the grid.
4. Double click on the Display Type and select "Range Description". 
5. Navigate to Project's Grid -> Add Risk column to the grid from column picker and refresh the screen.

Expected Results: The Range description which is defined on the attributes properties should show up.
Actual Results: Only the Numerical Value is shown.
