Unable to add DSPM entitlement

Issue/Introduction

When trying to add DSPM entitlement, you got the following warning, but the required entitlements are already configured.

Data Security Posture Management is an add-on subscription. 
You must first configure at least one of the following base 
subscription combinations: 
• CASB securlet laas and CDS for CASB 
• CASB securiet saas and CDS for CASB 
• CDS for Endpoint 

Resolution

The Cloud Detection Server associated with the Securlet must be Cloud-DLP managed, currently on-prem managed CDS is not supported by DSPM.
