Paylod Template doesn't work properly with ${SYMPTOMS} parameter in VCF 9.1

Issue/Introduction

The VCF Operations variables are translated to ${xxx} in the webhook endpoint when ${SYMPTOMS} is used in the payload.

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation Operations 9.1.0

Resolution

1. Log in to VCF Operations with administrator
2. Navigate to Operate > Administration > Configurations > Payload Template
3. Create or edit an existing Payload Template
4. In Details, select Webhook Notification Plugin in Outbound method
5. In Playload Details > Content Type, select application/xml
