Issue/Introduction

This article explains the change in visibility for "secret keys" when viewed by Subscription Administrators in Rally.

Environment

Rally SaaS.

Cause

This is working as designed. Visibility of API "secret keys" for Subscription Administrators was removed as a security enhancement.

Resolution

Subscription Administrators no longer have the capability to view the "secret key" for API keys. This change ensures enhanced security for API key management. For more details regarding this release, please refer to the Rally Q3 2026 Release Notes.
