Issue/Introduction

Summary : Tooltips having line break shows <br> tags in Reporting Module

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to New UX
2. Navigate Admin -> Attributes
3. Add Tooltip for an attribute (tooltip should have line breaks)
4. Navigate Projects
5. Add that attribute on Projects List view
6. Hover over the attribute to view the tooltip -> Tooltip works properly without any tags
7. Navigate to Reporting
8. Navigate Data Provider
9. Create a New Data Provider using Project Object
10. Navigate Report Designer and create report using that attribute (create a table and add that attribute)
11. Hover over the attribute -> Tooltip shows <br> tags at each line break
