Starting a new CA Librarian LAMSERV task on a test system and getting the following -

LAMSRV05 LAMSERV HAS ENDED UNEXPECTEDLY

Resolution

There are a couple things that can cause the LAMSRV05 error: 

• The CA Common Services CCCSLINK library needs to be APF Authorized or added to the LINKLIST. 

• The CA Common Service CA-C Runtime component needs to be installed. The component FMID is CAF3E00.

• If the Commons Services release is older then R12 verify the CAIRIM RIMPARMS contains  --  

PRODUCT(CA-C RUNTIME) VERSION(F331) INIT(F331INIT)
