Visibility of "Create new User" option in user selection screen

Issue/Introduction

Is it possible to hide the "Create new User" option using security role permissions?

For example, when viewing a computer asset, a user can right-click the computer and select CMDB Functions > Assignment Functions > Assign Owner. On this screen, an option to Create new User appears. Is there a setting or permission to disable or hide this option?

Resolution

Currently, security roles do not support hiding or disabling the "Create new User" option in this menu.
