Issue/Introduction

• During a VCF Operations upgrade, the upgrade coordinator identifies components as being in a state that prevents them from being upgraded.
• The target version value is the same as the current version value in VCF Operations UI > Build > Lifecycle > VCF Management > Upgrade page.

Cause

A state mismatch exists in the vcffleetlcmdb database, specifically in the upgrade_plan_component_execution table showing the incorrect task status 'IN PROGRESS' for components that are actually operational.

Resolution

The resolution involves manually updating the component status in the database to allow the upgrade coordinator to proceed.
