Issue/Introduction
SSP UI -> Monitor and Plan -> Policy Planning - > Upload csv file
Following error observed after uploading and analyzing CSV file in policy-planning page - " Multiple Asset Found: This CSV row resolved to multiple assets in the inventory. Review and provide refined asset identifiers."
Environment
SSP 5.1 and above
Cause
Stale VM entries holding same ip-address in DB.
Resolution
Process requires checking and updating stale vm entries in SSP DB. Please contact Broadcom for further assistance.
