Issue/Introduction

Enable Alarm Queue Name as a selectable filter criterion when creating Alarm Queues. This would allow administrators to create a consolidated Alarm Queue that automatically includes alarms from multiple existing Alarm Queues based on naming conventions or queue attributes.

With that Administrators could create a single consolidated Alarm Queue using Alarm Queue Name as the filter criterion, allowing all relevant Alarm Queues to be automatically included based on naming conventions. This streamlines onboarding, improves operational efficiency, and reduces the risk associated with Service-based alarm aggregation.
