Benefit Plan Copy doesn't show the Required Attributes Error

Issue/Introduction

When a source benefit plan doesn't have required attributes set, the copy functionality fails but doesn't show the Required attributes error. It instead displays a generic error.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Login to Clarity.
2. Navigate to MUX -> Project -> Financials -> Benefit Plans. Create a new benefit plan and add Benefit PLan detail rows.
3. Navigate to Classic UI -> Objects -> Benefit Plan Detail object -> Attributes. Create a test string attribute and make it required.
4. Navigate back to the same project as step 2, right click on the existing benefit plan and click Copy.
5. Fill the details of the new Benefit Plan.

Expected Results: The copy fails with error as Required Attributes not populated similar to Cost Plan Copy.
Actual Results: An Internal Server Error is thrown.
