Issue/Introduction

This Article describes a situation where you notice this Informational banner under Platform > Domain in your Client Net portal.

"These routes may be associated with domains which are subject to inbound TLS enforcements. If this is the case then you must ensure that your mail servers are correctly TLS enabled when adding new inbound routes."

Cause

There are 2 main reasons why we do display this message:

1 - Your domain has been added to TLS enforcement under Encryption service and it is subject for TLS checks. 

2 - The domain might be using Microsoft or any other 3rd party Email Security vendor's inbound connector which accepts TLS by default. 

Resolution

The message we display under  Platform > Domain related to :  routes may be associated with domains which are subject to inbound TLS enforcement.

This is just an Informational type of warning. This does not mean, that there is an Issue with your domain's config, but rather to inform you that there is a TLS enforcement set up in our portal under Encryption service, you can run a TLS connectivity checks from there in order to ensure that you do not have a TLS failure when enforced with an inbound that accepts TLS by default.
