Unable to Update SDDC 9.1 to Newer Patch Version

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to update SDDC Manager 9.1 to a new patch-version of 9.1 (such as 9.1.0.00400 for example). Lifecycle indicates no new patches available:

Environment

VCF 9.1

Cause

VCF Management Services are not installed

Resolution

Click "Install" and follow the prompts for installing the VCF Management Agents
